I am a Doctoral Candidate in Economics at the University of Kansas, and a Doctoral Research Fellow with the Institute for Policy and Social Research (IPSR).

Research Interests:

My primary research interests include Applied Microeconomics, Economics of Education, Environmental Economics and Public Economics. My research experience includes synthesizing multiple datasets; designing research methodologies spanning datasets measured at the aggregate and individual level; extensive experience in matching techniques ranging from synthetic control, propensity score matching to k-distance join methods; establishing causal inferences using econometric models such as Feasible Generalized Least Squares, Fixed Effects, Difference-in-Differences, Instrumental Variables and Bayesian Statistics.

My expected date of completion of the Ph.D. Program is May 2020 and I will be available for interviews at the 2019 CEEE Meeting in Toronto (Dec 2019) and the 2020 ASSA Meeting in San Diego (Jan 2020).
